Unlike many estate agents who claim to be property finders, but who are unable to show you properties that are not on their books, we work solely for you, the client. This allows us to access the entire range of properties on the market, including estate agents, Notaires and private sellers.
Increasingly clients wish to remain discreet or even anonymous during the search process. They get fed up having to register wth lots of agencies and then being bombarded with unsolicited calls or emails from them or their 'partners' offering services nothing to do with the search for a property. Clients searching for properties at the higher end of the market are also treated with suspicion and not shown the full range of properties. It is a common practice that some properties, usually at the owners request, are not displayed or advertised, as they themselves do not want the rest of their community to know that they are thinking of selling. We have built up our relationship with some of the best Agents in Provence, so when we call they know that we are working for serious buyers.
